We accept bank transfers, online payment gateways, and manual payment proof uploads. All accepted methods with their details are listed in your dashboard when making a purchase or subscribing to a plan.
Subscriptions are billed according to the plan period you select (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). Your subscription begins once your payment proof is verified and approved by our team. You will receive a notification when your subscription is activated.
We offer free trial periods for select products. Trial requests are reviewed and approved by our team. Trial access is limited in duration and features as specified on each product page. No payment is required for trial access.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. Digital downloads that have been accessed are generally not eligible for refunds. Subscription refunds are prorated based on the remaining period.
All payment information is handled securely. We do not store credit card details on our servers. Bank transfer details are provided directly and payment proofs are stored securely with restricted access.
